Barney and Em would like to explore with you the wonderfully relaxing and potentially healing effects that sound vibration can have on us. Using a combination of guided meditation and specially sequenced therapeutic live instruments, their aim is to to put one in a state of deeper calm and enhanced vitality to create a truly transformative experience.

Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eyemask and bolster will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own props for your comfort.
Herbal tea and Soup will be served afterwards.
